1. Accepting these terms
By using EVYMI, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use EVYMI on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
2. What EVYMI provides
EVYMI is a personal organization app that may help users manage documents, assets, warranties, bills, reminders, expenses, upcoming dues, providers, accounts or connections, and sites or locations. Features may change as the product develops, and some features may not be available in every version, device or location.
EVYMI is an organizational tool. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, insurance, medical or other professional advice.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- using EVYMI lawfully and only for information you have the right to store or process;
- reviewing important dates, amounts, extracted details, reports and reminders for accuracy;
- keeping your device, access methods and any account credentials secure;
- maintaining appropriate original records and backups where loss would matter; and
- not misusing the service, interfering with its operation or attempting unauthorized access.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in documents and other content you add to EVYMI. You are responsible for that content and for ensuring it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
If a feature requires processing content to provide the service, you permit EVYMI to process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the feature, subject to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains which information stays on your device and what optional Smart Assist sends for processing.
5. Scanning and automated extraction
Where supported, scanning or automated or AI-assisted extraction may help identify information in a document, receipt, bill or image. Results can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. You should verify extracted information before relying on it, especially for payments, renewals, deadlines or other important decisions.
6. Availability and reminders
EVYMI aims to be useful and reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Device settings, notification permissions, battery restrictions, connectivity and other factors can affect reminders or service operation. EVYMI should not be the only method used to track a critical payment, deadline, legal obligation or emergency.
7. Changes and discontinuation
EVYMI may add, change or remove features, fix issues or stop offering part or all of the service. When practical, material changes that affect users will be communicated through the app, website or another reasonable channel.
8. EVYMI materials
EVYMI’s name, website, app design, software and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials. You may use the service for its intended purpose but may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or exploit it except where applicable law allows.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
EVYMI is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. EVYMI does not promise that every feature, extracted result, report, reminder or stored record will always be accurate, complete or available.
To the extent permitted by law, EVYMI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
10. Ending use
You may stop using EVYMI at any time. The current release has no user account or cloud sync for saved records. You can delete available local records in the app or remove the app and its data. EVYMI may restrict use where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, abuse, security risk or a serious breach of these terms.
11. Applicable law
These terms operate subject to the laws and mandatory rights that apply to you and to EVYMI. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as EVYMI develops or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when an updated version is published. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
